The Avaya INDeX 20DS is a simple unit that can be mounted together with any Avaya INDeX 2030 or Avaya INDeX 2050 terminal to provide 42 additional softkeys. The Avaya INDeX 20 DS allows the terminal to be used as a small switchboard or speed-dialling unit with direct visual indications of the status of the available extensions.
